Emergency Appointments
If you’re experiencing a dental emergency — such as severe toothache, swelling, bleeding, or a broken tooth — please contact our practice as soon as possible. We prioritise emergency cases and will do our best to offer you a same-day appointment. Call our reception team on 01904 639667 during opening hours, and they’ll advise you on the next available time and what to do until you’re seen.
If your emergency occurs outside our normal hours, please contact NHS 111 for immediate assistance if you are unable to wait until we are back open.
How To Find Us
Our Grade II listed building has five state-of-the-art surgeries, and our world-class technology includes a 3D CT Scanner and digital imaging equipment so we can care for you with precision.
We are located in the centre of York, on the shopping street of Goodramgate which is quite close to the Minster. During office hours, the practice is accessible by car for dropping off, however there is no parking on our street (unless you hold a disability Blue Badge). We are located at number 22, next door to ‘The Golden Slipper’ pub and opposite ‘Kudos’ Hair salon.
By Car
Park and Ride bus services are located around the outer city ring road.
Car parks: We are just 5-10 minutes walk from these car parks:
Foss Bank Car Park – Jewsbury, YO31 7PL
Monkbar car park – St John Street, YO31 7QR
By Train
We are 10-15 minutes walk from York train station, or a few minutes taxi ride.
York is on the main East Coast train line, and takes approximately 2 hours from London, and 3 hours from Edinburgh. For further train details, please contact National Rail.
