General Dentistry

We understand the importance of the health of your teeth and gums.  As well as a happy smile, your teeth and gums should be strong and healthy, and your breath should be fresh. Our professional team of highly experienced and qualified clinicians has a strong focus on preventative and minimally invasive dentistry, and once you have become a patient at Andrea Ubhi Dentistry, we will help you to care for your mouth and your teeth for the future.  We begin with an initial consultation, where we assess the health of your mouth, your gums and your teeth, and how they function together.  We will take X-rays if necessary so we can check for any underlying concerns, and we also routinely include mouth cancer screening.  Offer price £78 for New Patient examination (usual price £95) until end March 2023. Book online now.

Dental Hygiene

Dental hygiene is important, not only for treating active gum disease, but also to help you maintain good oral health and fresh breath. An appointment with our hygienist involves scaling and polishing your teeth, leaving them gleaming and feeling fresh.  She will show you how effective brushing, flossing and use of a mouthwash can help prevent gum disease and maintain a healthy, fresh smile.

Offer price £95 for New Patient Hygiene appointments (usual price £145) until end March 2023, and £95 for routine patients. No registration is necessary. Book online now.

Dental hygiene is the foundation of a healthy mouth. We have a team of three dental hygienists who are gentle, kind and competent.

Fillings

Amalgam or silver fillings can make a tooth appear grey and unsightly.  Old or worn-out fillings can be replaced by modern, tooth coloured filling materials, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing finish.

These aesthetic restorations, which are bonded to the tooth, feel very natural and are colour-matched to the surrounding tooth, making them appear almost invisible. We use modern materials which are expected to last as long as amalgam fillings.

Fillings are from £175 each.

Emergency Dentistry

Emergency appointments are £135. Additioanl treatment may be chargeable, and will be discussed at your appointment. Book online now

Dental Crowns

For teeth which require very large fillings, a crown or an inlay may be used. A crown is an artificial restoration that fits over the remaining part of a prepared tooth, making it strong and giving it the shape of a natural tooth. Crowns and inlays are created in the laboratory, they are tooth coloured and bonded into place, providing long-term aesthetic results.  Crowns can be matched to natural teeth, dental veneers, bridges and dental implant crowns.

Crowns are from £945.
