1. The shape of the face. This affects the shape of the teeth. E.g. If a patient has a round face, Dr. Ubhi creates longer, more tapered teeth that will ultimately have a slimming affect on the patient's face.
2. The colour of the teeth. This often corresponds with the age and personality of the patient - the younger or more outgoing - the whiter. Also, your personal style can influence the shade selection of the veneers.
3. The size of the tooth. Longer teeth are synonymous with youth. Older teeth are shorter because of years of wear and tear. For a more youthful appearance, Dr. Ubhi typically lengthens the front central teeth.

To create a new smile Dr. Ubhi & her team use two very effective techniques: reshaping the gum line and rebuilding the teeth with porcelain veneers. The gum correction blur reshapes the gum around the tooth in less than five seconds, correcting irregular gum lines and lengthening the appearance of each tooth. The veneers, which are equivalent to a false fingernail, are strong, durable and can completely change a patient's smile.
