Dr Andrea Ubhi BChD - Dentist of the Year 2005, The Probe awards

Dr Ubhi's reputation in Cosmetic Dentistry has been gained through the results she achieves. By working closely with American ceramists the results are of high aesthetic standards. People from all walks of life are turning to Dr Ubhi and her team to help them achieve the looks they want by choosing treatments involving porcelain veneers.

She developed her techniques in porcelain laminate veneers and tooth whitening after visiting a cosmetic dental practice in the States, and now shares this passion and her techniques with other dentists through a series of lectures.

At her private practice, Dr Ubhi and her team focus on cosmetic dentistry: from full smile transformations to simple replacement of silver fillings. Her work also includes new techniques such as the No-Preparation veneers and the laser-free, Ultra-Combination tooth whitening.

Her clients include international footballers, actors, models, TV presenters, and people from all walks of life. The practice is at the forefront of cutting edge technology.  The atmosphere of the practice is one of tranquillity, with appointments being made more comfortable through the use of DVD glasses.

Dr Ubhi was awarded Dentist of the Year in 2005 (The Probe awards). Dr Ubhi is a general member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and The British Dental Association. She has written for professional dental journals and is on the Editorial Advisory Board of Private Dentistry. Dr. Ubhi was President of York Dental Society, 2000-2001. She is a spokesperson for dentistry within the media. Both Dr Ubhi and the practise have been feature in national, regional and consumer print and broadcast media.
